Saber Nation Strength and Conditioning

Souhegan Athletics is pleased to offer strength and conditioning to our athletes this summer. Everyone practices, everyone has games, but not every program lifts and that can be what transforms a good program to a great program. It's also about preventing injury.  A lot of it will be simply teaching you how to move properly and efficiently, it is not just getting into the weight room and throwing weight around.


The program is run by Assistant Athletic Director, Tony Ramos, who brings several years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach to Saber Nation. The sessions are designed to focus on an athlete's overall fitness, core strength and athletic mechanics. Workouts will focus on the overall conditioning of Souhegan's athletes.
